I just finished week one of this program with shakeology and I really wanna know people’s results? I love the energy it gives me and it makes me feel good…but I’m really looking for weight loss and muscle tone. Will this program give me those results? Should I be doing additional workouts with turbofire every day?
PLEASE stop tagging THINSPO as FITSPO. It’s NOT the same thing. Fitspo is about being strong, fit, and healthy. Thinspo is about being…thin, frail, weak, showing ribs. I want abs. Not ribs.
