The healthier you lose weight, the better you'll feel, the better you'll look, and the longer it will stay off.
I believe in heavy lifting as well as cardio, an alternation of cutting and gaining, and that fitness is a lifestyle.

Is it just me, or are younger girls worrying about being skinny way too much?! Don’t get me wrong, I strongly agree with both kids and adults engaging in a healthy active lifestyle. I do not however agree with kids working out, especially when they have no idea what they are doing, which will juat cause injury and not the wanted results! Thoughts?
