The healthier you lose weight, the better you'll feel, the better you'll look, and the longer it will stay off.
I believe in heavy lifting as well as cardio, an alternation of cutting and gaining, and that fitness is a lifestyle.

Well it just so happens that I do not settle for, “fine”.
I want to lose weight because seeing change, and making a difference for myself makes me happy. Too look in a mirror, and not find one thing that I don’t like, is what I’m trying to do. And I refuse to settle for “fine”.
