It’s not much but I’ve been lifting for about a month and a half now and I am seeing some great progress especially in my back and butt! Might be because those are my two favorite lifting days. ;)
Today I trained shoulders followed by a two mile run and twenty minutes on the stair master. I’m loving the progress I’m seeing…can’t wait to get even more shredded.
